SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Please enter your email address and order number to track the status of your order. If you do not know your order number, kindly check the order confirmation email that Zeina has previously sent to your email address.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Zeina offer three options for delivery.

Standard Shipping- your order should be with you in 7 to 10 working days (Lazada).

Free Shipping- your order should be with you in 10 to 20 working days (Shopee).

Same day- Next Day- orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the same day. Orders after 2pm will be delivered the next day.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?

How can I contact your couriers?

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, via Lazada and Shopee.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

For damaged items, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. All items that are rendered defective due to a buyer’s mishandling or those that are exchanged for a different color, size or design are exempted.

You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the original packaging with the receipt.
